Justin R. Martin, Principal

Justin R. Martin is skilled at identifying the heart of an individual or family legacy and outlining intentional steps to its preservation and growth.  Whether it is a limited engagement like a transition through death or incapacity, or a broad ongoing engagement like a multi-generational transition or family president term, Justin responds to daily decisions with the legacy in full view.  Justin also enjoys a hands-on approach to fiduciary services, personally engaging in the lives of a limited number of individual and family legacies. 

Justin is a Portland native and managing shareholder at Myatt & Bell, P.C.  His experience consists of business management, estate planning, estate, gift, and income tax planning.  He earned his B.A. in Religion & Government Law at Liberty University and Doctorate of Jurisprudence at Willamette University, College of Law.  He is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, and Oregon State Bar Estate sections.  Justin is passionate about living a work life balance.  He is married to Miriam and they have two children, Esteban and Jasmine.
